Healthgenic Chemicals engaged with manufacturing of various kinds of active pharmaceutical ingredients and intermediates used in pharmaceutical dosage form. During our visit in the industrial premises students learned how all above listed chemical entities are manufactured, how pre-preparations for the same have been carried out. They also learned how raw material is procured, stored and how inspection is done for presence of any foreign material present in final formulation. At last, they also learned how they are labelled and finally packed. All these steps students visualized in small groups and got the chance to learn and see how all the above steps were done in continuous operation in an automated machine. This industry was visited on 16/03/2022 by 6th Sem B. Pharm and 4th Sem M. Pharm students along with 3 faculty members. This visit is possible due to cooperation of Mr. Prakash Jotaniya (Director of Healthgenic Chemicals Pvt Ltd) who is 2010 graduate of School of Pharmacy. This activity will strengthen the Industrial Institutional Interaction as the School of Pharmacy is having MoU with this industry. Whole industrial visit was coordinated by Mr. Vishvesh Kanabar and well supported by Mr. Ravi Ajudiya and Ms. Ekta Sakariya.
